Introducing our PTFE VCT oil drain kit, designed to address the common oil drainage issues found in RB25DE and RB25DET engines. Our kit replaces the factory oil drain fitting and line, providing a cleaner, more reliable solution that not only improves oil return from the cylinder head to the oil pan but also enhances the look of your engine bay. By ensuring proper drainage, this kit helps prevent excess oil from pooling in the head, reducing the risk of oil starvation during high-performance driving. The VCT oil drain is located just in front of the exhaust manifold (LH side of the engine). For ease of installation, this kit comes completely pre-assembled with -10AN hose, fittings, and hardware. Simply bolt it on and go. This kit may also fit Nissan RB25 Neo engines; however, modification may be required. Many NEO heads come pre-tapped for M6 fasteners but lack the actual drain passage, meaning you may need to drill the hole through. What’s Included: 1. Our custom CNC-machined billet aluminum oil drain flange for the RB25 VCT cylinder head with gasket and hardware.This is not an Oil Drain Flange for a turbo like other units on the market – we designed this specifically for the RB25 VCT head drain port. CNC-machined from high-quality aluminum for precision fitment Anodized finish for durability and corrosion resistance Designed specifically for RB25 VCT cylinder heads -10AN male fitting for easy integration with braided lines Built-in groove with Viton O-ring to provide a leak-free seal Grade 316 stainless steel hardware for maximum corrosion resistance 2.
