Ducar 212cc Hemi Head engine, with PVL flywheel, Mod2 Dyno cam, 26# valve springs, Billet rod, advanced timing, and increased compression. Carb is properly jetted and includes adapter and air filter. Just as our Level 1 engine, governor is removed, and top plate, fuel pump, inline filter, and chain guard are all included. This package will add 2-2.5hp over the Level 1 package. Standard is prepared for Gasoline, but can be prepared for Alky at additional cost
